Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Workshops

At ABCM Strategy we offer specialized workshops for defining and executing organizational strategy using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology. Our goal is to align operations with strategy, ensuring that each area contributes effectively to achieving the organization’s strategic objectives.
During the workshop, each participant will develop a complete Balanced Scorecard model for their organization or area, covering:

And the construction of the perspectives of Financial Results, Customers, Internal Processes, and Learning and Growth.

For each perspective, metrics and management indicators are established that link operational performance with strategy, both in the corporate Balanced Scorecard and in the

BSC derived from the “cascading” process

to the different areas of the organization.

We integrate information from your current systems and, when necessary, develop complementary systems or initiatives that allow us to obtain the key indicators and metrics for monitoring and strategic management.

In addition, we use Activity-Based Costing (ABC) indicators and metrics, as well as different cost allocation drivers, to enrich the Balanced Scorecard with accurate and relevant information.
